LAND FORMED BY WATER & BOTANY
Scenic Botanica is a land formed by water and vegetation The key feature of the site is a natural gorge and creek system which traverse from the north and flow into the adjacent reservoir to the south. The gorge creates a topographical divide between the eastern and western halves of the site. The challenge and opportunity with this project is to harness this beautiful feature and use it to bring the site planning and the community together.
The second defining feature of the site is the fertile land that supports the local native flora, giving to the name - Scenic Botanica The Scenic Botanica proposition puts nature at the heart of every home in the development. It deploys considered, intricate and simple networks of water, of landscape, of carefully considered vegetation to encourage community interaction across the landscape.
